I am using the artwork of Queen Uriel.  This tube is an exclusive tube for the MBM Forum HERE

 

I am using the PTU Kit Make A Wish by Manipulated by Magik. This kit can be found at her store HERE  

 

 

 

 

Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy MAW F 1

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 80%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

 

Edit, copy MAW P 17

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Image, resize 60%

 

Selections, Invert

 

Edit, clear

 

Selections, Select None

 

Select Raster 2

 

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 50

Blur: 6

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Move to the bottom left of the frame. Making sure the first post of the fence is on the outside of the left side of the frame

Edit, copy Tube

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize to fit your tag. I resized it by 60% and made sure its foot is on the grass of the element

Move to the left side of the frame and move up and around til you have it showing the way you want

Move to the left placing in front of the fence

 

Layers, Duplicate

 

Bring the duplicate up so it will be in front of the fence on the right too

Move to place behind the tree and to the left side. Move around til you have it how you want behind the tree

Move to the left and place between the grass and the fence.  I placed it on the far left of the frame

Move to place on the grass behind the tubes legs. I have it centered in front of the middle of the fence on the grass
