I am using the artwork of Misticheskaya. You need a license to use this tube. I bought this tube at her store HERE

 

I am using the PTU Kit Frozen Whisper by Diamond Creations. You can find this kit at her store HERE 

 

 

Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy FW Fra 3

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 70%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

 

Edit, copy FW PP 12

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

 

Selections, Invert

 

Edit, Clear

Move and place how you want on the tag. I moved mine down to look like it is sitting on the top of the bottom of the frame

Add your name to the tag

 

Save as PNG
