I am using the artwork of Caroline Seabra.  This tube is exclusive to Manipulated by Magic Forum. You have to be a member to get the tube

 

I am using the PTU Kit Skai The Ice Goddess by Manipulated by Magik. This kit can be found at her store HERE  

 

Open new image 700 x 700

 

Edit, copy TIG F 9

 

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

 

Image, resize 85%

 

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Layers, arrange, send to bottom
