Open new image 700 x 700

Edit, copy SG F 13

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, rotate, free rotate, left 90

Image, resize 85%

With your magic wand click inside of the frames

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy SG B 1

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Move this paper down some

Selections, Invert

Edit, clear

Selections, Select None

Select Raster 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 50

Blur: 6

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Move to the left side of the frame. Move over so that you can see some of each of the wheels

Move to the right side of the frame. Move down toward the bottom of the frame.

Move around til you have this element placed how you want

Move to the left side of the frame and move down toward the bottom. Some of it will show on the element that is behind the frame. I moved down til it looks like the tube is sorta leaning on the element with her hand

Move to the left and move down so that it is behind the tubes bended arm. You will see the N on the element. I placed to the outer edge is against the outside edge of the frame

Move to the left and move over so that one of the holes will be above the second screw on the frame on the left

Move to the right side of the frame. Move halfway down and over so that some of the element is over the edge of the frame

Move to the top left of the frame. Moving around til you have the element showing the way you want

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Move up above the very bottom element. This will put it below the second frame layer you have on the bottom

Move to the right side of the frame, moving down to place on top of the bottom frame and pulling toward the right so you can see some of the element

Move to the bottom left of the tubes dress.

Move to the right side of the tube. I place on the last element some and moved it over

Move to the left side of the tag placing to the left of the flower on that side

Add your name to the tag

Pick a dark color to place in the foreground

Pick a light color to place in the background

Effects, Edge Effects, Enhance

Effects, Plugins, penta.com, Drag  with the following setting

Layers, new raster layer

Floodfill with your background color

Change the blend mode of this layer to Screen

Layers, merge visible

Effects, Plugins, Tramages, Tow The Line with the following setting

Effects, Plugins, AAA Frames, Texture Frame with the following setting

Edit, copy Tube

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, Mirror

Move to look like it is laying in the frame

Image, resize to fit your tag

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:

Vertical : 2

Horizontal: 2

Opacity: 65

Blur: 5

Color: Black

Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Layers, new raster layer

Selections, Select All, Selections, Modify, Contract by 3

Selections, Invert

Floodfill with your dark foreground color

Selections, Select None

Edit, copy wordart of choice

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Resize to fit your tag

Move around til you have it placed where you want on your tag

Remember to add your copyright info. Make sure it is plain and legible

Add your name to the tag

Save as PNG
