I am using the artwork of Maryline Cazenave. You need a license to use this tube. You can buy the tube at CDO


I am using the PTU kit IB Maryline Cazenave February 2017bt by Ladyhawwk Designs. You can find this kit at CDO 







Open new image 700 x 700

Edit, copy Frame 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, rotate, free rotate, right 90

Image, resize 80%

With your magic wand click inside of the frame

Selections, Modify, Expand by 8

Edit, copy Paper 5

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Layers, arrange, send to bottom

Selections, Invert

Edit, Clear

Selections, Select none

Select Raster 2

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:
Vertical : 2
Horizontal: 2
Opacity: 50
Blur: 6
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, copy Ele 1

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 70%

Move to the bottom of the frame. Move around til you have it placed the way you want.I moved mine over to the left just a bit

Move to the right side of the frame. Move down behind the flowers on that side

I moved my tube over to the left of the tag. I wanted the bow to show on the purse. So I moved around til it was showing just the way I wanted

Move to the right side of the frame. I moved mine up and over some. I kept moving it around til you could see the vines and flowers

Move the flip up some. I didn’t move it all the way up..I have it moved til it is showing beside the tube some on the left

Move to the right side of the frame.

Move in front of the vine but behind the tube. It will be above the flowers that are at the bottom of the frame

I moved it over so that you could see all of the writing

Move behind the tube and move around til you can see the flowers the way you want

Move to the bottom left placing on the purse strap on the left

I used the eraser tool and erased some of the silver so it looks like it is hanging from the purse strap

Move to the right side of the frame behind the long flowers that go across the whole bottom of the frame and in between the roses. Move down and over some so you can see it is a lantern

Add your name to the tag

Save as PNG

Move to the right and move up behind the tube. I made it so the base of the tree will not be seen as it is behind the tube and on the frame some

Move to the top right and move over so you can see it from behind the tree on the right

Move to the top of the frame. Some of the fireworks will be above the frame while some of them will be on the frame

Move to the left side of the frame. Moving around til you have it where you want. I have mine to the far side but still some of it is on the frame

Move to the left and move to the right side of the statue. Move over so they are above the fireworks. Move around til you have them the way you want them to appear

Move to the left side so that it is covering the blue of the paper
