Open new image 600 x 600

Edit, copy Wave

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 70%

Move down some on you new image

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Settings of:
Vertical : 2
Horizontal: 2
Opacity: 50
Blur: 6
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Edit, copy Sailboat

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 40%

Move to the middle of the wave

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

Edit, Copy Cloud 2

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 60%

Move to the top of your tag than move below the top of the boat

Edit, Copy Seaweed

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Move to the left and place behind the wave

Layers, Duplicate

Image, resize 20%

Layers, arrange, bring to top

Move to the left side of the boat and place it on the far left side of the boat

Image, rotate, free rotate, right, 20

Place in front of the boat. See my tag for placement

Move to the right cut off leg and place it so you can’t see the cut off
