Gingerbread Christmas FTU Tutorial

This tutorial was written by me. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. Please DO NOT claim this tutorial as your own. It was written in PSP 9 but should be compatible with any version of PSP.

I am using the artwork of Verymany. You need a license to use her tubes. You can purchase her tubes at PicsforDesign

I am using the FTU kit Ginger Christmas by Amy(Gimptastic Scraps)  .

Open template

Duplicate and close original

Delete Raster 1, all the snowflake layers and B/G

Image, resize width to 600

Image, canvas size, 650 x 600

Select Rectangle

Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat

Edit, copy Paper 1

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Selections, Invert

Edit, clear

Selections, Select None

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, settings of:
Vertical and Horizontal: 2
Opacity: 65
Blur: 5
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Delete Rectangle

Select Rectangle 2

Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat

Edit, copy Paper 4

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Selections, Invert

Edit, Clear

Selections, Select None

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

Move up and to the left til it is behind the left side of the house and showing just a little. See my tag for placement

Move and place on the frame layer. See my tag for placement
